Saturday 27 June 2009
The PCOS Fertility Workshop 2009 will be held at the lovely Jury's Inn, five minutes walk from East Croydon Station (details on the venue are below). Your delegate fees includes a sandwich lunch and tea and coffee before the conference and during breaks.
This is a new format for Verity, in that we are focusing the entire day on one subject area and keeping the numbers small and intimate to encourage healthy discussion between delegates and speakers.
Partners welcome (and encouraged!)
Below you will find an overview of sessions, an agenda (download in PDF), steps to register online - or if you prefer to pay by cheque you can download a registration form... but...
Numbers are strictly limited to 30, so to secure your place - register quickly!
